May 4, 2020 May the 4th be with You!

Hey Family and friends!!

I once heard a story told by a dear leader.  She spoke of a woman who taught a young primary class. This woman had a friend who wasn't quite sure what he believed. One day the woman invited her friend to church to come sit in her primary class.
The children were shocked as the friend came into the class with their teacher. The man had long shaggy hair and wasn't dressed in his Sunday best. He sat right up front next to the teacher.
Class began, but soon a child hopped right out of his seat and made his way to the front.
The child approached the teacher's friend and looked him straight in the eye.
"Are you Jesus?" The child asked.
The man looked frantically to the teacher as if to say HELP!
The teacher jumped in "No" she said. "But this is his brother".
The young child smiled. "I can tell" they said quietly while wrapping their arms around the man in a tight embrace.

The story went on to explain that the Friend of the teacher was moved by the love of the child. He later served as a missionary for the Lord. ❤

This story touched my heart. We are all brothers and sisters of Christ. We are ALL children of a heavenly king! We are of Devine worth, and we should treat everyone as they deserve to be treated!!

As a full time missionary for the lord, I have learned that part of my calling is to help others recognize their worth as a beloved child of God. When we understand who we are, it it easier to see the worth of others as well.

I love you all!!! I am so grateful for each and every one of you!

I hope you have the best week ever!!
