Sister Ann Elgaaen in Houston, Texas South: July 13, 2020 Last Week in Mac G!

Hello Family and Friends!

This week was my last week in MacGregor area. I am now serving in Alvin with Sister Stevens, and we are white washing the area.

I can't believe how quickly time has flown!

This last week I prayed and fasted that this could be a week full of miracles; I wanted to leave the area better then I found it, and I knew we could set our goals high for finding people to teach and the lord would help us. We set our goal for 4.

Monday night we got a call from a woman who said she had been previously taught by the missionaries. She has given up coffee, and she wants to meet us at the church once a week for lessons. We also received 2 other referrals who both answered when we called, and we were able to set up another appointment. The next day we got another referral who didn't want to let us off the phone. When we finally said Good bye she told us "Not Goodbye, just see you later." She was so exited to have another call with us.

We saw the Lord take our goal and make it reality! It was defiantly a week full of miracles! I know that the Lord is a part of this work. He hears your prayers, and he wants to answer you!

We hope to see miracles in Alvin as well, as it has been closed for quite a while to sisters.
