I can't believe how quickly time flew!!! It's P-day again? Haha
This past week has been all over the place, we had 6 investigators come to church and 3 almost 5 are on date for baptism.
An exiting thing happened this sunday morning, we woke up at 3:45 to the sound of a gun. Apparently right outside of our appartement there was a shooting! Someone was shooting a car and shot it over 10 times! It was SO loud and we were terrified that something would happen to us!
I am loving biking!! It is so much fun just biking everywhere I go and being able to talk to so many people here in Texas City!!
I have a TON of mosquito bites all over despite me coating my whole body in bug spray!! I guess that's what you get when you go finding right by the water.
My goal for this week it to mow someone's lawn! The grass here is so beautiful and green!!!!
I have noticed missionary work is alot more finding then it is teaching!! It has helped me to come out of my comfort zone and truly talk to everyone. It is getting to the point where I walked into a restraunt and got exited because there was so many potentials. I actually had to stop myself from saying "HI!!"
I do alot of service at a food bank which is so much fun!! I am just looking for service opportunities at every corner!
I love the members!! It just makes me want to work even harder when I get home to help the missionaries in provo utah!! If you get the chance, FEED THE MISSIONARIES!!!
I love you All so much!! I bore my testimony in sacrament meeting this Sunday and I even got to surprise teach the sunday school lesson for all the older men and women!! I was so exited!!! I had read over the come follow me about 3 times that week and just longed to teach the lesson, so when the president walked up to my companions and I and asked if any one of us had read over the come follow me, my companions just looked at me and I bloomed!! I love the come follow me!!! If you aren't studying it, do it!
Next year it will be the Book of Mormon come follow me!! There is an unopened box in the presidents office here in Texas City and I just want to open it and read it!!!
